Pregnancy yoga

I have been teaching strong, dynamic style of yoga for about 6 years and yoga has been apart of my daily routine for about 10 years. So when I found out I was pregnant last July and suffering from a bad dose of morning sickness, for the first time in a long time, yoga took a back seat!

Although, I carried on teaching Vinyasa classes and private clients, my personal practice dramatically changed. No core work, inversions, backbends or deep forward bends. All the areas I love to explore!

In September I finished the Pregnancy Teacher training and now teach pregnancy yoga pre & post natal in and around Clapham, South london.

Pregnancy yoga is suitable for both beginning students and experienced practitioners. During pregnancy, yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time and empowering the mother-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. Yoga can help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour. Yoga also offers you the opportunity to connect with your baby.
