I began practising yoga in 2001 and very quickly became hooked. After completing an Ashtanga teacher training in Cape Town in 2009 I started Teaching full time soon after.
Over the years I have studied with many renowned teachers from lots of different styles of yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow and Anusara yoga, although Vinyasa flow has always been my main focus and passion.
I have taught in a variety of places including Yoga West, Yoga At with some corporates and spas and a few celebrities along the way.
I was a yoga teacher at One Hyde Park in Knightsbridge, Academy Gardens and 199 Knightsbridge.
I work with high profile Personal Trainers to provide yoga to their clients and have worked for West Ham Football Club.
I am now based in the beautiful village of Stillington in North Yorkshire and I am available for private lessons or you can join my upcoming group classes in the village hall.
My Vinyasa Yoga Classes
My Vinyasa classes are a fusion of various yoga styles, they are challenging and dynamic while creating a practice that heals and detoxifies the body and mind. Each class is unique and blends equal amounts of movements, strength & flexibility; with special attention to the breath, alignment and technique.
They are creative and sometimes a little quirky but always carefully structured and filled with fun and playful energy. They are woven together with an atmospheric uplifting playlist.
My aim is to create a joyful space in which my students can explore their bodies and minds with curiosity and compassion, using the breath as a guide.

Private sessions are similar to my group classes, however I work towards the requirements and specific needs of each client and design a sequence of postures that will help get the most out our time together. including pranayama (breathing exercise) & mediation if requested.

Annie will be leading us through a creative, uplifting flow led by the breath, inspired by nature and the stunning setting At The Mill. The practice will be OPEN TO ALL LEVELS. There will be moments to be challenged, moments to try something new, and plenty of time to drop into a deep place of rest and surrender. Join Annie for an inspiring hour of yoga, flowing to uplifting music and finishing with a balancing meditation and relaxation to leave you grounded and reenergised.
Yoga class will be 10am-11:30am, followed by 15 minutes of meditation. There will be a healthy selection of refreshments and snacks on offer afterward, from our Café At The Mill. Tickets are all-inclusive.
